Return Process

  Log into your Drift account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Affix the return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
